| How long will it take you to write a speech or letter for me? That depends on your needs and our workload. We strive to meet your desired time frame and if we cannot, we will tell you right away. The more time you give us, the less anxiety we will all feel. That notwithstanding, we will usually get you a first draft of a letter within two days and a speech within a week. The time frame for other business and promotional services, will be set when we speak. These time frames can often be compressed depending upon your situation, but there are additional charges for rush service. How do I order my document? It's easy. You go to the Contact Us section of the website and fill it out with as much detail as you can provide. We then review your request, send you a detailed questionaire, and let you know right away if we can fulfill your request in the time required. If we have any questions about your request or what it is you need, we will attempt to contact you right away via email and/or telephone. How do I pay for my speech or letter? Usually via PayPal. We also accept checks and money orders although this can slow the process down. We do not start work on your project until we receive payment (either in full or a deposit per our "Payment and Fees" section) and review the information from the appropriate questionnaire. At that point, we will confirm receipt of your request and the clock starts ticking. Do you provide revisions for your work? Of course, but this is time dependent. The more time you give us, the more fine tuning we can do. Customized writing is an iterative process, and speeches require more time and effort than letters. One edit is ample for a letter; speeches sometimes require a couple of passes. Business documents are more complex and may require several reviews. This is a collaborative effort, and the more specific information you give us, the better and faster this work can be done. How do you do your edits? Two ways. Firstly, after we have submitted an initial draft, you can email us your thoughts and specific comments. We can incorporate them into the revision. Secondly, you can call us directly. We can then review the document over the phone and address your concerns on the spot. The option is yours. Do you provide rush services? Yes. However, this usually means working longer hours, later into the night, and putting you at the head of the line. We are happy to do this and happier yet to make sure your needs are met, but this adds more strain to the process and certain surcharges are necessary to make sure this is not requested without good reason. More information on our rush services is provided in our "Payment and Fees" section. Do you provide refunds if I am not satisfied with your work? Since this work is done on a custom basis, we do not generally provide refunds. However, this so rarely occurs that it is not a substantive part of our business. Since all our work is tailored to your specific situation, and since we are very good at what we do, it is rare to hear this request. We do not, however, expect to be rewarded for deficient work. If through some fault of our own, we have not delivered a satisfactory product in a timely manner, fairness will rule the day. How will I receive my speech or letter? We usually send you your document as an attachment to an email in Word format. If this is not possible, we will send you a facsimile copy of the work or make other arrangements. How do I know you are actually working on my project? Before we start working, we must receive payment as described in the "Payment and Fees" section. Once this is done, we get to work. We will review the details of your order, confirm receipt of your order via email or telephone, and give you an estimated delivery date. If we cannot meet your time frame, we will tell you at once so you do not lose any precious time. |
